These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Maply (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Maply helps you compare a resume to a job posting using automated analysis. Outputs are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for your job applications and the accuracy of materials you submit to employers.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or other users without authorisation.
  • Overload or disrupt the Service (including circumventing rate limits or security controls).
  • Submit malware or content you do not have rights to use.
  • Use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content.

Content you provide

You retain rights to your resume and job materials. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Do not upload confidential information you are not permitted to share.

AI outputs

AI-generated scores and suggestions are not professional, legal, or recruiting advice. You should verify important facts before relying on them.

Fees

Some features may be paid in the future. If you purchase credits or subscriptions, additional commercial terms may apply at checkout.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maply and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

Unless a mandatory law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the deployment you use, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
